Access to the UpMySkills infrastructure implies full acceptance of these terms. We are a production environment, not a school. Rigor is required.

1. Lab Access

Physical access to the Lab in Mohammedia is subject to prior validation and compliance with internal regulations (NDA, respect for equipment, silence in focus zones).

2. Intellectual Property

What you produce with us belongs to you. What we produce (methodologies, internal tools) belongs to us.

3. Liability

UpMySkills provides "means" infrastructure. The success of your transformation (the "result") depends solely on your commitment.
