Ta Mission

Être le/la chef(fe) d'orchestre des opérations quotidiennes: onboarding students, planning sessions mentors, support technique, tracking progression. Tu garantis que chaque programme se déroule sans friction.

Responsabilités

  • Onboarder nouveaux students (emails, calls, setup accounts)
  • Planifier sessions mentorat (Calendly + confirmations)
  • Support students/mentors (Slack, email, appels)
  • Tracker progression programmes (Notion dashboards)
  • Gérer incidents (no-shows, technical issues, complaints)
  • Reporting hebdomadaire (completion rates, satisfaction)
  • Améliorer processes (automatisations, playbooks)

Profil Recherché

  • 2+ ans d'expérience operations coordinator ou customer success
  • Organisation impeccable (gestion multi-programmes simultanés)
  • Communication excellente (écrit + oral)
  • Outils: Notion expert, Google Workspace, Calendly
  • Problem-solving (résoudre incidents rapidement)
  • Empathie (support students en difficulté)
  • Français + Anglais courant

Nice to Have

  • Expérience EdTech ou service client SaaS
  • Background enseignement ou coaching
  • Basic data analysis (Google Sheets formulas)
  • Connaissances CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
