  • Gérer campagnes paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Optimiser funnel acquisition (landing pages, quiz, forms)
  • Analyser data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL queries)
  • Tester growth loops (referrals, virality, content marketing)
  • A/B testing systémique (landing pages, CTAs, pricing)
  • Reporting hebdomadaire (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
  • Collaborer avec Product (features retention/activation)

Profil Recherché

  • 4+ ans d'expérience growth marketing (SaaS ou EdTech)
  • Expertise paid ads (Google Ads + Facebook Ads obligatoire)
  • Data analysis (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, basic SQL)
  • Expérience scaling (Budget significatif)
  • A/B testing mindset (hypothèse → test → mesure)
  • KPIs: CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, Retention
  • Tools: Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager

Nice to Have

  • Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint
  • Expérience marketplace ou plateforme EdTech
  • Connaissances SEO/ASO
  • Coding skills (Python pour automation scripts)
